Our beliefs about fitness are simple … it has to be fun and it has to be effective. If it is not enjoyable it is really hard to commit to coming week in and week out. If you like what you do it is hard to miss a day or a class. You will achieve your goals and make positive lifestyle changes by creating consistency.
For the last several years I tried unsuccessfully to get my daughter into physical fitness. Last summer, I suggested we take Sarah’s classes together. Sarah not only coached us to be in better physical shape, but she helped motivate my daughter to gain self-confidence and self-esteem. Aidan took to heart what Sarah had taught her during the summer and is working out on her own. It was also a great tool to help us bond and spend some quality time together. We plan to continue working out as a mother/daughter team with Sarah. Thank you for everything you have done for us!
When I first started the class I would only exercise on the days that I had class, now I workout six days a week. I pay more attention to what I put in my mouth. I don't eat as much during the day, and count my calories. I'm not on a diet but I do pay more attention to what I'm eating. Since I started my weight loss journey, I've lost 24 lbs and over 16 inches and been having to buy new clothes. Holly has been a great trainer. She encourages you to push yourself harder every workout and makes classes fun. She makes you feel proud of yourself when you make it through a hard workout.
Sarah was my bootcamp instructor for 9 months. Sarah is a motivator who wants to make you better no matter what your skill level. During my 9 months with Sarah, I lost 15 lbs, decreased my body fat percentage significantly, rekindled my passion for running, and dedicated myself to a lifetime of fitness goals. She also motivated me to compete in numerous 5Ks and my first half-marathon. I miss her very much and would recommend Sarah's bootcamp and personal training to any woman. Get ready to see awesome changes!
