Register to Attend
After you pick a WolfPack membership, you will have the ability to register. At this time, you must register in order to attend ANY Wolfpack class. Class size is limited to 10.

Kid’s Boxing, Wolfpack ninja & Kid’s Wrestling Classes in Pasco, Washington at Wolfpack Fitness
Kids classes are for ages 6-13.
For those who are beginners we reccommend starting out in our Boxing class and for those who have taken our boxing classes before they have an opportunity to advanced through the kid’s boxing class.
These classes will focus on teaching traditional techniques and skills of boxing. Including footwork, head movement, defense, and combinations. Increases strength, endurance, flexibility, and activity level. Most classes end with a game. Designed to be fun and encouraging.

These classes are designed to help your kids have a positive outlet where they can release energy, get out frustrations and emotions.
These classes will have coaches that understand how to coach kids, and help them have a positive experience. These classes are non-competitive so we are teaching these kiddos how to compete in life, not in fighting.

Kids classes are designed to help them have a fun time, while learning appropriate boxing and kickboxing techniques.

We spend most of the class letting the kids get out that energy getting their heart rate up helping them burn that extra energy so they can have fun.

Each class will teach your kids proper form, techniques, alongside valuable life skills like teamwork, what it’s like to win and to lose and to never give up.

Because each class varies it will help support overall health & fitness levels. Giving your kids the ability to continue staying active and doing all of the things you all love to do together.
Coordination & Balance
Kids are growing particularly from ages 6 to 13. Now more than ever they need to work on refining and improving their coordination and balance. Our classes and exercises support and strengthen motor skill development. By helping them refine these systems it will improve their quality of life as they continue to grow up.
