There are many factors that need to be considered when starting a new meal plan or diet.  Truly understanding your lifestyle is key to having a meal plan that will be successful. When working with Sarah, she will ask a variety of questions to understand your lifestyle goals, and wants. This includes questions about your daily schedule, personal struggles, habits, routines, and your unique and specific goals.  Another factor that will greatly determine your success is making sure we help you know how to find the best foods that fit your body’s needs and lifestyle. 

With so many different types of diets or meal plans, we take the time to understand your needs so that you can have the support you need to reach your nutrition and fitness goals. 

What Can I Expect in my FREE 30 MINUTE Nutrition Consult at Wolfpack?

1. Conversation – Judgment Free

Sarah has worked in fitness for many years, and you can count on this experience to empower you. As she gets to know you, your needs, and your goals, she is here to help you and give you real support. This does not include judgement, or anything that will shame you for who you are, where you are, or where you are starting. The whole purpose of offering this program is to help those who are looking for positive support, and a plan that will bring results, so that with the right plan, and your commitment–you get new results. 

This is also why we offer a free consultation to see if we are the right fit for each other to make sure that we can work together to help you win. 

2. Commit to the Program: 

At the end of the conversation, we will ask you if this process and approach will work for you. If it does then we will take payment and begin the client intake process on the phone. She will get more details about your lifestyle, goals, and tell you what she needs to get started. Once all information is submitted then Sarah will send you your meal plan within 1-2 days. Our nutrition program is billed at $100 per month. Each month includes the meal plan, and 4 follow up calls once your plan is in place.

This will conclude the free consultation.  If you don’t feel the program will be beneficial, and there is no commitment to the program, no worries, we want it to be the right fit.
