At Wolfpack, we believe that with the right mindset combined with our approach you can count on getting new results. 

What it Takes to Have a Winning Mindset:

  1. You must believe in yourself and trust the process. If you don’t believe it is possible, it will never be a reality.  Once you can see it, you can achieve it. 
  2. You must be willing to push yourself.  You must be willing to go harder, go longer, go heavier to see results.  You will need to compete with yourself daily, be better than you were yesterday. 
  3. You must be willing to be consistent with your efforts.  There will always be times when you don’t feel like going, or don’t feel like sticking to your meal plan, but that is when it is most important.  You must understand it won’t be instantaneous, it will take time, dedication, determination and effort.  Motivation gets you started, dedication keeps you progressing. 
  4. You must be coachable. You must trust your coaches to push you, allow yourself to be pushed.  You must follow the recommendations made by your coaches, we are here for a reason and have experience and knowledge to give you what you need to succeed.  

It is true, anything to be accomplished in life must first be accomplished in the mind.  You must believe that it is possible and then you will be able to accomplish it.  It doesn’t mean it will be easy, it doesn’t mean it will be done on the first try, in the first week or during your first class.  It will take hard work, it will take dedication and it will take determination.  But, if you don’t believe in yourself, if you don’t believe it is possible … you will never be able to achieve it.  

At Wolfpack, we believe in you and we will encourage you to believe in yourself.  We will guide you, push you, and encourage you to change yourself.  You will need to be open to being uncomfortable getting outside your comfort zone.  This is where change happens.  Workouts will be difficult and challenging, a new “diet” or nutrition plan will take self-discipline and self control, establishing a new lifestyle will take effort and you may experience countless setbacks.  It won’t be a “quickfix” or an “magic pill”. 

The “magic pill”, the “quick fix”, the “key to success” will be having a strong mind.  Being able to accept and trust the advice that is given, being receptive and coachable during classes and being able to work as hard as you can during class are all things you will decide to do before walking through our doors.  These will be the things we CAN’T do for you. You hold the power! You are in charge of your results and your success! We are here to help you, to guide you and to give you what you need to succeed, but at the end of the day, YOU and only YOU are responsible for your accomplishments.  Your accomplishments are something we will never take from you … you earn your results, not us.  We as a gym and as trainers, simply can not hand you your results, you have to earn them.  We can help you do that, through our knowledge and experience, but at the end of the day … or workout … or meal … The results are yours.
